Positive: Beautiful room, very nice finishes, appliances, furnishings, etc. Negative: There was an issue with the air conditioning when Milan was experiencing a 40C heatwave which made for an extremely uncomfortable night (the room only 0.2C cooler than outside at night), however the host provided us with a partial refund to apologize for the malfunction, which was appreciated. The elevator was not functioning on arrival or departure, though this may be because of other guests misusing the doors - it was quite difficult to climb and descend the staircase with luggage, however.
