Nice design and great host, but noise, maintenance issues, and a poor check-in make it fall short of a “luxury” experien Positive: The hotel has a nice overall feel, with thoughtful design details that make the space enjoyable, even though the room itself lacks natural light. The bed was very comfortable, which I really appreciated. The host was also extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Negative: The check-in process was not a great experience and could definitely be improved. A major downside was the noise level in the room—there is a nearby bar with loud music, people shouting, and the tram noise carries heavily. The window provides virtually no sound insulation. While earplugs are provided, this doesn’t really solve the issue. There were also problems in the bathroom. The siphon seems to be faulty, as the bidet fills with water and produces an unpleasant odor. Overall, these issues make it difficult to justify the use of the term “luxury” in the hotel’s name.
